Remember this whenever a liberal/democrat tries to dismiss a deeply damaging revelation as “disinformation.” Because when the Left lets loose with those “disinformation” salvos, you can be certain you’re over the target.
The Biden regime even tried implementing its own, now-defunct Ministry of Truth, all to convince us that freedom of speech and inquiry is somehow dangerous and that the threat can only be neutralized by “trusted” experts seizing dominance of the information exchange.
Twitter owner Elon Musk has revealed that under the previous management regime, former Twitter Legal, Policy and Trust & Safety Lead, vijaya gadde, played a key role in censoring the infamous Hunter Biden laptop story in October 2020. Gadded who was appointed adviser to biden’s Dept of Home Security in 2021, on a committee that helped shape its “misinformation and disinforma...k! In addition, gadde also reportedly played a key role in banning former President Trump from Twitter.
The Left’s most recent mea culpa comes from the former head of — get this —trust and safety at Twitter, who recently admitted that its decision to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 was “a mistake.” Mistakes were made, but no one ever seems to be held accountable. Not former Twitter CEO jack dorsey, not facebook and Meta CEO mark zuckerberg, not the corrupt forces within the FBI, not even The Shifty Fifty — those despicably deceptive “intelligence professionals” who signed their names and their reputations to a letter claiming that the laptop everyone now admits is authentic was actually Russian disinformation.
And remember: This wasn’t about all the salacious stuff on that laptop — the naked, drug-addled selfies of the president’s son, the “smartest guy” joe biden said he knows. No, this was about the sales receipts and the connective tissue that monetarily linked a former sitting vice president and presidential candidate to the communist chinese and other corrupt regimes. This was about the sort of influence-peddling scandal that flips an election.
And, as we now know, it did flip an election. According to a survey of biden voters in 7 swing states taken just days after the 2020 election, nearly 10% of them said they wouldn’t have voted for him had they known about the incriminating evidence on that laptop. And that would have given the election to Trump. You want evidence of a rigged election? There you have it.
No wonder the lib/dems and their media want to silence Musk by any means necessary, merely for his commitment to transparency and free speech. In response to conservatives speaking out against the liberal/democrat/marxist censorship efforts, those on the Left are doubling down on their efforts and expanding their reach around the globe.
Google even has started a project, which is expected to open early next year, that streamlines and centralizes the fact-checking industry on Google and YouTube. The new Global Fact Check Fund is expected to support its network of 135 fact-checking organizations across 65 countries, covering 80 languages.
As Christopher Bedford has explained, fact-checking by both Big Tech and the poynter institute has the same end result: “partisan censorship.” Indeed, if you want to be a valid fact-checking organization, the punter institute, the company that founded politiFact(1), insists you must get poynter-certified(2). Getting verified by poynter doesn’t mean you abide by facts, though. The greatest silencers of opinions inconvenient for the elites in politics, health, and business are “verified” by poynter. Of course, there are plenty of examples of these same self-appointed truth detectors being caught twisting the truth, including glenn kessler, the so-called “fact-checker” for bezos’s very own washington post. In fact, nearly every one of the poynter-verified fact-checking organizations has proven themselves to be pathological propagandists, including Reuters, Snopes, The Dispatch, and AP Fact Check.
poynter-verified “fact checks” are subjective and targeted(3), and they cannot purport to combat “mis- and disinformation” when they themselves purvey it. The whole “disinformation” emergency is simply a coordinated effort to reclaim the gatekeeping powers the liberal-elites lost to the free flow of information in the digital world. Once social media and the internet democratized information, societal elites were neutered by citizen journalists with iPhone cameras, whistleblowers, bloggers, and publications like this one. This resulted in regular citizens’ growing distrust of the American gentry class and its established narratives. poynter’s new censorship powers plan to “uplift credible sources.” poynter has the power to promote sources they like and presumably shadow-ban and algorithmically suppress users and sources they dislike. The goal is for censorship to be so effective and covert, you won’t even be aware it’s happening.
What makes poynter significant is that it offers elites a chance to pool their control into one organization. Consider who funds the poynter Institute: lib/dem mega-donor craig newmark; the Gannett Foundation (parent company of hundreds of newspapers across the country, including corrupt USA Today); tech millionaire tim gill who wants to “punish” Christians; zuckerberg election interference donor, the John S. and James L. knight Foundation, and many more.
The “fact-checking” industry is clearly broken. What fact-checking really does is shield the Left from due criticism when it peddles misinformation. We need only observe how unhinged the Left has become toward Elon Musk since his purchase of Twitter. The rich and powerful liberal/democrat elites want their control back, and the poynter Institute offers them an opportunity to do just that. It effectively centralizes their control over information on two of the world’s biggest public squares: google and youTube.
But there’s good news: The fact that free speech so frightens liberals/democrats and their organizations is telling in itself. And their determination to flood the marketplace with fact-checkers is equally telling. CNN has laid off hundreds in an effort to cut $3B in costs. Network CEO Chris Licht called it a “gut punch,” and it included gutting sister network HLN and firing several correspondents. CNN’s ratings have struggled mightily in 2022, and investors have demanded changes. Maybe the truth is finally catching up to them.

There is an apparent conflict of interest between The poynter Institute’s self-appointed role as the clearinghouse for fact checkers and financial interest in one of the worst offenders of biased fact-checking, politiFact.
2. If a poynter-certified fact-checker is determined to be flagging content inaccurately, is there a process that a user can challenge their accreditation by Poynter? How does poynter define misinformation, and does poynter enforce its fact-checkers that moderate misinformation to ensure the same definition is used by each fact-checker certified by poynter?”
3. For example, the a pointer website partnered with facebook in 2021 to “fact check” and censor a peer-reviewed medical journal that published information about Covid-19 vaccine trials. The fact-checking organization even falsely labeled the respected medical journal as a “news blog” to discredit its Covid vaccine findings. This is one of many fake fact checks from Lead Stories, which is verified by Poynter and funded in part by Beijing-based byteDance, the democratic national committee, and the democratic congressional campaign committee.

Elon Musk hads done a world of good so far, he much like Trump are godsend to America and to the world, both are opening eyes and changing minds by exposing the truth of the damage the left has caused to America and to the entire world. They are a gift from God at a time when the left is ready to destroy civilization and enslave us all!
