Guo Changgang is a senior professor (Shanghai University and others) and a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a key political advisory body in China’s united front system under the CCP.

He has also been a Fulbright Visiting Scholar to the U.S. Department of State.

9/9 In practice, the World Decolonization Forum operates as a global Red-Green alliance led from Turkey. Its explicit goal is to “decolonize” minds, institutions, and societies by challenging Western dominance.

With the alignment of Turkish state-linked institutions, Chinese academics with CCP ties, and radical decolonial/Islamist thinkers, it appears designed to advance Chinese-style multipolarity and Islamist civilizational goals.
It makes me think of “Islamic Decolonization”, and how it could be the gradual implementation of Sharia using the terminology of the Left.

Decolonizing Knowledge, Institutions, and Society in order to establish the Caliphate.
