Someone after the election, from TX, came out and said Dominion's User Manual states it ALLOWS fractional voting.
How did that juicy tidbit end up going nowhere? Seems to me that 50 SOS's might have a copy of that same User Manual, might they not? Are they all blind? Somebody has that manual.

I'm not an "Election Denier", I'm a "Show us the Vote Data and machine logs", we'll figure out where the "81 million votes my ass" came from.
