The arrest on Wednesday of a potential assassin near the home of Supreme Court Associate Justice Brett Kavanaugh is part of a surging trend of threats and violence against courts.

While rarely reported on, there were over 4,500 threats last year, according to the U.S. Marshals Service, which handled the arrest of Nicholas Roske near Kavanaugh’s Maryland home.

According to a newly issued Congressional Research Service report shared with Secrets, there were 4,511 threats on courts, judges, and jurors in fiscal 2021. The report said that represented an increase of 387% since 2015 “when there were 926 such incidents.”

Despite the surge, House Democrats withheld consideration of legislation to increase security spending for courts and court officers, drawing a heated retort from House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy.

  • Time to impeach Biden for failure to protect all Americans citizens. His salary is pay by all tax payers

  • This administration will not lift a finger to enforce the laws if protecting a conservative is the result. As for the border , it will remain wide open until a Democrate member congress is attacked or worst by an Illegal person or a member of their family is attacked ,raped ,robbed or killed . Remember Kate ???

  • WOW!

The meme looks like a poster for incitement to insurrection and certainly sedition.

These are capital crimes, that warrant no statute of limitations.

If this elected scum manage to finish their terms, their retirements by no means should afford reprieve from prosecution for documented offenses, especially while in office.

  • The arbitrary and pernicious administration of the US Constitution by members of the Government should be met with immediate dismissal... as a violation of law and their Oath to defend and SUPPORT the US Constitution.   If the PROGRESSIVE MARXISTS desire to legislate law or approve regulations that go outside the Constitution and their authority they must FIRST AMEND THE CONSTITUTION to provide them with the necessary authority to produce such laws and regulations.

The Constitution is not outdated... it stands as the sentinel of individual liberty and freedom, from the arbitrary and pernicious acts of the, so-called, progressive elements of our government.  There is nothing progressive about violating one's oath of office or attacking the core government document protecting individual and state's rights, against the tyranny of rogue elements within the Government.  It is these rogue progressives that need to be removed not our Constitution.  Our Constitution provides the means to deal with such rouge and tyrants... in congress...  it is thru the EXPULSION PROCESS, and it's time to use it.

As to the need for protecting our Federal Courts... this problem would be less pressing if the courts were not filled with progressive judicial activism.... the Progressive movement has found that ABUSING the Judicial System to legislate thru fiat law is much easier than passing such ill-advised and often unconstitutional law thru an act of Congress.  Hence, Progressive Marxist Administrations and Congress have worked to STACK the federal judiciary with activist judges... The result is a legal system that is out of contact with those it serves and the expansion of unlawful threats against such judicial fiat.  The underlying premise for such unlawful conduct does not come from hostile law-abiding members of society but enraged and often victimized citizens subjected to the fallout from fiat law and unconstitutional progressive judicial rulings and dicta.

As long as the Courts continue to drift left of center and continue to operate as activist agents for fiat law... the Nation and its judiciary can expect their safety will require increased oversight and expansion.
