Teachers' Unions are responsible for most of our cultural problems... their WOKE and DIVERSITY agenda has divided what was once a unified nation... with similar cultural values, moral and ethical, standards.
One can THANK TEACHERS for most of the chaos... in our homes, communities, and government institutions. Why do we continue to treat teachers as SPECIAL or precious commodities in our culture? It is beyond me. They have indoctrinated our children to hate America, divided the public using ethnic, racial, and sexual prerogatives, and created some of the most hideous and controversial curricula ever used to prepare our children for life...
Teachers should all be fired... or retrained and recertified... before being permitted to teach our Children. Teachers have failed to continue the long and proud history of our former PUBLIC SCHOOLS... excellence in education no longer exists. Parents need to reassert their right to send their children to a school of their choice... public or private ... with the funding for their children following the child.
Defund or demand the public schools REFORM... retrain and recertify all of the current teachers before allowing them to return to the classrooms of America... Allow qualified citizens with the ability to teach... do so without a teaching certificate. Lawyers, Doctors, Engineers, Liberal Arts Grads, retired and new university grads, should all be considered for employment as teachers... Keep the good ones and let the underperforming ones go... after their first evaluation... one semester of teaching.
