It's Time to force our State legislatures to petition Congress for an Article-V amendment proposal convention! A state convention has all the same protections that the one Congress calls has. The difference is; the people decide what to propose through their state delegates. Congress must call one if 34 states petition for it, and then step back and let the States control it.
Do you really think that Congress will propose an Amendment that reduces their power through Term limits? Or reduces their pay and lifelong retirement packages even if they only served one term? Propose they must obey all the laws they create and no longer can exempt themselves from their own laws? How about Constitutionally limiting the supreme Court to nine Justices so a President can no longer threaten to load the court like FDR and Biden did?
How about forcing Congress to enact a balanced budget within the first six months of the newly elected House being seated, with severe penalties both personal and political for non compliance?
What about a return to the Constitutional requirement the Treasury Department issues and values the money supply, instead of the Private Bank called the Federal Reserve, and return to a stable precious metals like Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Copper based money system?
How about ending Income and Property taxes?
How about breaking up the three conglomerates BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street, that control 88% of the largest corporations in America by creating a Constitutional Amendment requiring Congress to use anti-trust laws to forbid conglomerates like these to remain in business, or to form again?
These and other things the American Public want, but Congress won't give, are all possible if we have a States called Article-V Amendment Proposal Convention. Any proposed Amendment still takes 38 States to ratify it into law.
It's the political powerbrokers who are terrified we will do that, and take back our legitimate political power relegating them our servants like they originally were intended to be.
Like Charlie Kirk would say; Prove me wrong!
