The black population of the USA is 12%. Yet, the mayors and elected House of Reps members far exceed 12%. What are they looking for, getting 100% of the mayors in large US cities to be black? Blacks elect other blacks except in probably no more than two cities in the USA, Atlanta, and Washington DC. All the other large city mayors are elected by whites. We don't elect anyone these days based on their policies and merit, we vote for skin color only, regardless of IQ.
