Where are the States on these issues... the States are soverign, not the Federal Government. The Federal Government is the creation of the States, not the other way around. Governors and legislatures that fail to defend their soverign rights against the overreach of the Federal Government are responsible for most of our serious government issues.

That applies to Presidents and all government appointees under his authority, as well as members of Congress who openly support an Executive, blatantly disregarding the Constitution, the rule of law, and refusing to preserve The United States of America in spite of his Oath to do so, by permitting an invasion of people from numerous countries, including criminals, terrorists, and known hostile enemy's .
Not only must these people be removed, they must be prosecuted and held up as examples of what happens to corruptibles in our land.

Our Constitution was written for the Citizens of the United States... and no others.
The 'Preamble' clearly identifies who the Constitution covers... applies... It states:
"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." It applies to US CITIZENS and no others.
We the People (US Citizens) of the United States... secure the blessings of liberty to OURSELVES and our POSTERITY; do ordain and establish this Constitution FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA... not every indigent alien willing to break our laws by coming to the US illegally.

Words have meaning... but never so clear, that a tyrant can not subvert and convert them to his purpose. Hence, for justice to prevail... a MORAL people must hold the heads of justice accountable for their words.
'Tis but the sound of fury, unleashed in the souls of tyrants... that corrupt words destroy the community of man; with the tongue men set afire civilization and bring captive millions. Words, steeped with ill will, sooner beget terror in the hearts of men than a sword. For with steel men are dispatched and soon are forgotten, but with words history is written and rewritten, defining the very soul of men and nations.
Our judicial system has become the harbinger of illiteracy... spurning common sense and the direct meaning of WORDS. At will the tyrant now rages, his words to twist the souls of men; bantering about the meaning of words, despots do spin a web of deceit, trapping the common good with gobbledygook. The wicked restrain justice and impale the righteous with words.
It is time to restore common sense... to the rhetoric of men. Justice is best served when the lexicon of man is firmly established and honored by all. Justices and men of high rank need to be clear in the use of their language; so that, none will misunderstand their point. However, it is the despot who thinks to deceive with words and his entendre, keeping the very root of his purpose and meaning hidden, from the public and common speech.
Let the lawyers be chastened and the twisted metaphor be made clear... words have meaning and they dare not change, that history may remain true to the facts and the laws of men stable in there application. Words have in them the eternal power of creation... they are the window of the soul.

Destruction of State Property or its removal is a crime... arrest Border Patrol or INS/USCIS agents removing or destroying State Property. Get tough on federal agents who elect to violate state law. Notify the appropriate Federal Agencies that such enforcement will begin on a given date and then enforce the notice... Arrest Federal Agents that violate State laws... No one is above the law. Including those Federal LEOs, or agents who aid and abet the movement of illegal aliens over state routes, and those who aid and abet illegal aliens in criminal acts by harboring them or providing unlawful intervention when the State arrests an illegal alien.
Prepare a handout explaining state law and its jurisdiction over illegal aliens and Federal Agents that violate State law... as the State 'interprets' its constitutional jurisdiction. Provide the handout to all Federal LEOs and agents... Federal Supremecy applies ONLY to the 18 powers granted to the Federal government and or denied the States by Article 1, Section 8 and 9 of the US Constitution. Be prepared to defend the State's and its citizen's Constitutional rights and soverign authority OVER the Federal Government in all the areas not SPECIFICALLY assigned by the Constitution to the Federal Government. Don't back down.
Be Prepared to order and remove Federal Agents violating the State Criminal Code from the territory and property of the State... restricting Federal Agents to the narrowly assigned sphere of their Constitutional jurisdiction and no further without state supervision. Mandate that Federal agents have lawful warrants and coordinate their execution with the local Sheriff before serving a federal warrant anywhere in the State.
No more nice guys... abide by the letter of the US Constitution... regarding the jurisdiction of federal authority... including and especially Federal Courts... as narrowly defined by the US Constitution... See Article 3, Sections 1-3, of the US Constitution. Refute federal judicial fiat law, the law of the federal courts, where it usurps the States jurisdiction to apply and administer the Law.
The states are supreme in their jurisdiction over the Federal Government... except in those limited powers specifically granted to the Federal Government or denied to the States and the People in Article 1, Sections 8 and 9. Also, see: the Preamble, 9th and 10th Amendments to the US Constitution... for further guidance and jurisdictional application of the US Constitution... it doesn't cover illegal aliens period.
Any rights illegal aliens have are gratuitous... they are not defined or granted by the US Constitution. All legal and illegal alien rights are gratuitous "assigned by statutory law". The rights of illegal aliens are subordinate to the States and US Citizens... we must start acting as such... Criminal Trespass, social services, medical and educational benefits are not constitutional guarantees for Aliens.
Alens place an excessive burden on our social and government services. They often end up denying US Citizens and state agencies their ability to serve our own needy citizen populations. Immigration law requires all legal resident aliens to be deported if they become dependent on government aid of any kind.
Be prepared to challenge Federal Injunctions and orders to cease and desist... where usurped powers of the federal system are contested by the State... Ignore illegal federal court orders, where their jurisdiction is historically and Constitutionally unsupported. The states were intended to be the primary enforcement agents... of CRIMINAL LAW. Illegal aliens are violating State Law by working in and maintaining residence and financial services in most States... Everything from criminal trespass to welfare and bank fraud, money laundering... etc. are some of the criminal activities illegal aliens routinely commit.
Push has come to shove... either the States act to defend their's and their citizen's soverignty or abdicate any remaining rights to the Federal Government. It is time for the states to organize a coordinated challenge... to return the usurped soverignty of the States... to the State and its people... or be prepared to forever hold their peace and bow to federal power.
