They were a fraud from the start and we all knew it....did nothing about it. I sure hope all these investigations bring fruit, up until now nothing has happened to anyone about anything at any level.......I'm sick of all the investigations! USELESS UNLESS SOMEONE GOES TO PRISON AND HAS TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK!
