Excusing terrorists or their enablers because one is a medical professional is not justifiable. Dr. Mengela was a Nazi MD whose unlawful medical experimentation on interned civilian men, women, and children is held as reprehensible by the world.
MDs who willingly served as Hamas medical officers need to be detained and tried for any crimes they may have aided in or committed directly. Loyalty to and affiliation with terrorism warrants careful investigations and trials if there is probable cause to suspect criminal activity.
