In Georgia they require the driver’s license exam to be taken in English, and South Carolina offers a Spanish version.
Why would a state allow a Spanish version of the test? I have never seen any road signage in South Carolina that was written in Spanish. No, like every other state they are written in English. So, why would they allow the exam to be taken in Spanish?
It’s a question that South Carolina lawmakers should have to answer for. Because there is an obvious trend and it is bleeding over into neighboring states.
Does your state offer a Spanish, or any other language exam for licensing? Ask your lawmakers why if they don’t require it in English?
