Trump assembling all-star legal team to mount election challenges in close states

President Trump's campaign on Wednesday began assembling an all-star legal team to file challenges to election regularities in several battleground states, starting with a Court of Claims lawsuit in Michigan.

Among the lawyers the president is activating include his private attorney Jay Sekulow, who will help campaign lawyers with matters before the Supreme Court as well as former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, officials said.

Sidney Powell, the lawyer for former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, may also be called upon, officials said.

A legal challenge on the floor of the US Senate must be made to stop the seating and counting of Electors for the Biden/Harris ticket. The challenge should be based on Kamal Harris's failure to Constitutionally qualify for office as a Natural Born Citizen of the United States. (under Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 and the 12th Amendment of the US Constitution)

Kamala Harris is not a Natural Born Citizen of The United States, she is a Native Born Citizen. Thus the Biden/Harris Presidential ticket is Constitutionally ineligible for election to the Office of President and Vice President. The Democrat Party and the several State's Secretaries illegally permitted the Biden/Harris ticket to be placed on the State's ballots. They did so with blatant disregard for the Constitutional requirements for the office of vice president. See The 12th Amendment, "But no person Constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States." Kamala Harris is Constitutionally ineligible to hold the office of President and cannot qualify for Vice-President.

In the assignment of State Electors... each State must ensure the electors vote for a Constitutionally qualified Presidential ticket. The State must ensure both the President and Vice Presidential candidates Constitutionally qualify to hold office before assigning those electors. Should a State refuse to abide by the Constitutional requirements and assigns electors to an ineligible candidate for the office of President or Vice-President, The President of the US Senate, must refuse to seat them or to accept their vote. Thus the Electors assigned by any State for the Biden/Harris ticket should be disqualified and their votes not taken.

The Biden/Harris ticket is not Constitutionally eligible... as a ticket, they may not be assigned Electors for the Office of President. The electors for the Biden/Harris Ticket must not be seated when the Electors meet in the US Senate to cast their vote for President.
