  • Yes, we must impeach Pres. Biden to remove him from office...  He was lawfully inaugurated as President and must be removed lawfully.  His election was by fraud.  However, that fraud was ratified and became the lawful product of our Constitutional institutions...

Pres. Biden's office was obtained by corruption gone amuch... The abuse of the law by the soverign institutions of our Constitutional Republic ... the fruit of a putrefied oligarchy of corrupt men.

    Understand this:

Pres. Trump,  with VP Pence presiding, stood by and watched... a Joint Session of Congress constitutionally certify a stolen election in November 2020 by awarding a fraudulent Electoral Majority to President Elect Joseph Biden… and his VP.

Both VP Pence and Pres. Trump failed to raise the proper challenge to the Electoral Vote...  while the lawful and constitutional process permitted such challenges to be made.  Now that Congress has ratified the election, through the certification of the electoral vote, the remedy for the fraud becomes IMPEACHMENT, resignation, or an Article 25 action.  Any other process would add more unlawful action to an already criminal situation.

These acts were dispicaable… both of our political parties certified FRAUD and signaled an end to any pretense that the People’s vote elects their government representatives... it sealed the theft of the well of liberty.. our vote

Sadly, any attempt to unconstitutionally remove Biden or Harris would be considereed insurrection or sediiton and result in the arrest ad imprisonment of those invoved.  President Trump's solutions are a day late and dollar short.   The removal of Pres. Biden must be by lawful process and any attempt outside of the law will result in arrest.  Pres. Trump shuld have used martial law to defend our vote.  He shoujld have nsisted on VP Pence declaring  the fraudulent Electors void and sent them back to the States for a forensic tabulataion of the lawful vote... and proper awarding of the State's Eletors.

    • P/S  We will not have the 67 Votes needed to convict Pres. Biden upon trial for Impeachment...

      Why?

Because there are only 14 Democrat Seats open for election this cycle in the US Senate.  The GOP  has 50 seats now... if we retain all of the current seats we hold, and pick up a;; 14 open seats, the GOP will have 64 seats in the  US Senate ...  That is .3 seats short of the 67 needed to convict Pres. Biden in an impeachment trial.  The GOP will not be able to pass legislation over a VETO... It takes 67 votes to override a veto... we will not have the votes  The RNC is bleeding their base dry, promising to impeach and pass legislation they will be unaale to deliver.

  • Constitutionally, neither solution above is lawful... what is legal would be for 34 States to petition Congress to call for an Article 5 Convention  An Article 5 Convention could then consider and ratify a ‘RECALL and TERM LIMITS AMENDMENT.  Thus, recalling all of the sittings ELECTED and APPOINTED members of the Government subject to new elections and appointments…  That same convention of states could also establish Term limits for all elected and appointed government officials...  One term of 6yrs. with 1/3rd standing for election or appointment every 2yrs… federal judges included.

The Recall portion of the Amendment would remove the current government and with it most of the deep state operatives… subject to new elections and appointments.  The existing professional political agents of the shadow government would be removed and never permitted service again… by the Term Limits section of the Amendment.

Once there is a new government in office… Government Unions need to be banned…. made illegal.  Civil Servants should not bargain with the government for terms of employment and compensation.  If a civil service employee finds their employment harsh or excessively demanding… they can always go to work at Mcdonald's or somewhere else.  The Administrative State must be corralled if we are to keep it from trampling on our liberties

N civil service regulations should be established... with a clear set of rules for performance and termination... the Senior Executive Service (SES) and Competitive Civil Service (CS) should not have tenure... their continued service should be based on their CuRRENT performance and a record free of polarization… The civil service must operate apolitically, without political bias.  Standards for dismissal must favor supervision, the judgment of the senior appointed official should be the final word on employment. Appeals must be limited to egregious circumstances. HR and Administrative Judicial arbitration must not replace the judgment of supervisors.  All Civil Service Employment must be treated as” AT WIL” Government employees must serve at the will of their supervisors

END THE ADMINISTRATIVE STATE... the tight cabal of senior executives that manage the operations of our government... The SES and Competitie CIil Service must respond properly to our elected and appointed officials... they must be SERVANTS not disparate bureaucrats and tyrants... immune to the will of the people.  Civil servants that operate as agents of a shadow government or deep state must be ID'd and removed from government.

    • Was what federal law enforcement and the DOJ did illegal?  Of course, it was!  But another election?  A violent civil war between conservatives and liberals would be more likely.  The USA is on the verge of being certified a banana republic, if that.  The DOJ should be renamed the DOIJ, the department of injustice and the FBI to federal bureau of iniquity.  Actually, I believe it is about time that the clause in the Declaration of Independence be realized and acted upon, "when any form of Governemtn becomes destructives of the ends of life, liberty, and the pusuit of happiness, it is the right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new government laying its foundation upon the inalienable right of natural law, life, liberty, justice, and the pursuit of happiness."  Natual law and justice have been sorely permutated by federal control.  There is a time reached of no return when revolution is ultimately necessary for a return of a republic to its status quo ante.

    • I had enough prescience and gumption to state this very obvious observation several times before on Newsmax and Washington Times only to have had the accusation of sedition thrust at me.  I, however, foresee a violent bloody revolution rising to a fevered pitch between 35 percent of the Dem-wit electorate (the liberals, marxist/socialists/communist citizens) and about 20 million non-citizens who are illegally in the republic and 60 percent of the conservative Republicans/Democrats/independents.  I see the renewed U.S. Constitution emerging from the flames of this awful revolution that willl make the American Civil War seem petty.

    • Norton... I fear you are correct. on all points made.,

    • What do  I think...

I think there is little to no chance in calling an article 5 convention .... there is even less chance that 3/4ths of the States would ratify any amendment proposed by a convention.  America is up a creek without a paddle... revolution will not work and constitutional reforms are a day late and a dollar short.  I think it's time to move... but where?  This election will change nothing... if it is even held.

Those promising great reforms with the coming Red Wave are lying or delusional.  They are ignoring the numbers in the  US Senate races and the fact that the GOP will not have enough seats to pass legislation over a Presidential veto.  There are 50 US Senate seats in the GOP column now.. there are 14 Democrat seats up for election... take all and the GOP will have 64 seats in the US Senate, it takes 67 votes to override a presidential veto. It is impossible to achieve that number with the present seats up for election.

  • I hope we have an army of people watching every election in the future.
