This was obvious from the first mention of the minerals! The only problem is Zelenskyy is still pushing for NATO membership, he is still shopping, he is trying to get everything and not pay us back! Europe understands they cannot cut america out, I think the Brits will give him some lessons in manners and gratitude. There was good reason why Trump had France and Britain in the Oval Office before Zelenskyy.
