CRIMINAL OFFENSE FOR VIOLATION OF OATH:

Federal criminal law is explicit and direct regarding a violation of “Oath of Office” by Federal Officials which includes all members of Congress. The law requires the removal of the Office holder as well a prison term or fine from the Offender.

As when you swear an oath in court, that oath is intended to insure that you will tell the truth in giving testimony and be true to your words. In addition, this oath is considered 'sacred' as the faithfulness of the individual taking it is then granted with the 'Public Trust' to carry out their duties faithfully and honestly. If you should reak that oath as a 'Public Servant', you have violated multiple laws which includes not only some element of the Supreme Constitutional Law (at least 1), but breaking that oath is a violation of a separate law (2), and that person can actually be charged additionally with the crime of 'purgery' (3).

A person is subject to revocation of naturalization if the person becomes a member of, or affiliated with, the Communist party, other totalitarian party, or terrorist organization within five years of his or her naturalization.^[6] In general, a person who is involved with such organizations cannot establish the naturalization requirements of having an attachment to the Constitution and of being well-disposed to the good order and happiness of the United States.^[7]

The fact that a person becomes involved with such an organization within five years after the date of naturalization is prima facie evidence that he or she concealed or willfully misrepresented material evidence that would have prevented the person’s naturalization.

  Actually, Michael, this goes full circle back to what we are supposed to have and which is a "bottom-up" solution. Citizen Common Law Grand Juries, which Col. Nelson had verified as what we are entitled to have to enforce law. Judges cannot touch them, cannot stop them, cannot sway them. These Grand Juries are above judges. Not sure if they are higher than Scotus.
  
  They collect evidence, hear the case, decide the verdict. I just found some info on how their verdict is enforced, if I can find it, I will post it.

  Paul, I really wish that I could get this advice in front of Trump or someone who has access to him, but I just don't know how! The reason I keep posting it here is that I am hoping someone reads it that does have access! I think it is good advice and I would really like to be able to get his reaction, how he reacted to it would let me know if I truly trust him as a leader or not!

  You'll also know whether you trust President Trump as a leader without him seeing this, because he should act accordingly anyway. It's not like what you say is a secret mystery. It's all out in the open. People including President Trump and his advisors just need to open their eyes.
