  • “Good Chance” Hunter Biden Will Be Indicted… All according to the plan. Hunter will be tried and convicted of a minimal crime, receive a slap on the wrist as punishment and the “Big Guy” will pardon him. Thus, stopping any further prosecution by the Republicans when and if they take over Congress.

    • But, when it's proven JB committed treason, and a new Congress is in place, with DJT running things, isn't all that has happened since the voter fraud, "undoable"? And then, can't the bad guys face proper judgment?

    • I don't treason is a pardonable offense!

    • Additional Info from multiple Legal experts: If Biden delivers a pardon to stop the recipient (Hunter) from providing incriminating information about him, such a pardon would be corrupt & challengeable in court. If Biden pardons HIMSELF, that would be corrupt & challengeable in court. However, Biden could step down under the 25th, the VP could pardon Biden and then he could resume the remainder of his term!

    • Jeffrey Crouch assistant professor of American politics at American University and author of The Presidential Pardon Power: "Generally speaking, a presidential pardon cannot be overturned by Congress or the courts. Congress could impeach the president as punishment for a particular clemency decision," Crouch told Newsweek.

Laurence Tribe, a Harvard Law School constitutional professor; Richard Painter, a White House ethics lawyer under President George W. Bush; and Norman Eisen, a White House ethics lawyer under President Barack Obama agreed with Justice Department guidelines. They said that the Constitution gives the president the power to act as a judge in another person's criminal case as he sees fit. It also allows him to pardon anyone at anytime, as long as the crime is a federal offense. But it does not give him the power to make such decisions regarding his own actions.

  • GITMO has plenty of room for these TRAITORS...

  • Go after them all

    • We have to get a majority in both houses, and Trump elected again before any of that could happen.

  • Hopefully they are spending the four years planning, and getting ready.
