  • Make him testify under a pledge of IMMUNITY... under 'Immunity' he can not use the 5th Amendment to void questions.  Congress should have been ready for this... and gave him immunity on the spot... catching him off guard.  However, I doubt Congress wants to know the answers as it may require them to refer such answers to the FBI for criminal investigation.  It could also lead to the need to impeach several individuals

    • Exactly, Colonel.

  • Since the 5th Amendment protects against self incrimination, is this corrupt prosecutor going to be referred for further investigation and possible criminal charges for election interference? Will his law license be revoked? Will he be fired"?

ALL OF THAT AND TOSSED INTO JAIL!    JACKASS, LYING, EVIL, MARXIST DEMOCRAT!

  • Of course he pleads the fifth - he knows he broke the law, but doesn't want to admit that.  While other people may really have a valid reason for pleading the fifth; IMO any de"mock"rat that does it knows he has totally overstepped and is trying to hide that fact.

    • And so do we know so what's the justice system going to do other than talk?

    • Agreed
