The video did not answer the question: Will Trump lock up the criminal government agents? The answer should be a resounding YES... His failure to do so in his first term ended very poorly... and if he permits the criminals to escape justice in his next term ... the end will be even worse.

I would suggest Pres. Trump start immediately to ID, recruit, and organize a dedicated unit under the US Marshals Service... A division of the US Marshalls Service, that reports directly to the Office of the President... and his senior staff as directed. This new division of US Marshals would report directly to the President as his agent in "TAKING CARE that the laws be FAITHFULLY EXECUTED..." as the President directs.
This new agency could be called The US Marshall's Accountability Division (MAD) and it would operate under the President's Constitutional jurisdiction to police, investigate, and prosecute Federal agents suspected of corruption or other unlawful acts.
MAD will operate under the direction and supervision of the Office of the President... subject to the President's Constitutional jurisdiction to " Take Care that the laws be faithfully executed... Article 2, Section 3 of the US Constitution.
Once established under Presidential authority... MAD Marshalls could begin collecting the necessary evidence and lists of criminal suspects for indictment, arrest, and trial, based on Presidential priorities. A new Sheriff arrives in DC with a big stick.
Pres. Trump may need to declare a National Emergency and institute Martial Law for the first 100 days or more to ensure the peaceful and secure transfer of government power occurs. He will need to suspend the normal police agencies' powers and jurisdiction, to facilitate the orderly removal of corruption in those agencies... Assigning their duties temporarily to the Military AND US MARSHALS ACCOUNTABILITY DIVISION (MAD)... subject to further notice.

Absolutely... a declaration of martial law... suspends all civil authority in the area where martial law is declared... such as the District of Columbia or all along the US Southern Border and a designated demarcation line several miles in from the border.
President Trump will need to oversee the prosecution of all these anti-American forces. He will have no choice if he wants to clean up the mess and make America great again.
