Trump does his homework, he goes into these situations well prepared, he is fully aware of what is negotiable, what is beneficial for the USA while not putting the other side at a complete disadvantage yet keeping the upper hand. Russia could have done it with the Ukrain if they were not such relentless bullies....that's what brought them down when they were the Soviets. Look at the wealth, the power Churchill and Roosevelt gave to Stalin.....and what did Stalin do with it? In a half century he pissed it all away, he made a dozen plus countries dirt poor, starved all their and his own people, the proletarian promise of equality materialized by making millions throughout many countries equally poor, hungry, with no resources, vulnerable to the vultures of the west to be further abused. Trump is the first to looks at them as people and is willing to improve their situation by doing a fair trade! I'm not sure Ukrain will know how to deal with that, those people have never had a situation they could come out of gaining something.
