What this decision does... is it leaves the injunction against deportation of DACA recipients in place... so the DACA individuals who have illegally registered to vote ... will be voting.
Senator Mike Lee clerked for Alito. Lee said in effect, the SCOTUS ruling was adding to the law, legislating, that it created a mess that will take decades to come to terms with. He also said, when he reviewed tons of Gorsuch's rulings, he found nothing badly ruled. Then he said, we can NEVER let this happen again.
BS ... the SCOTUS did not punt: It left the injunction against deportation in effect. It would have been better had they threw out Trump's EO with their reasoning so Trump could craft another EO to deal with the SCOTUS's reasoning behind the Court's actions.... however, without the SCOTUS ruling, there is little to do other than to resubmit, which will leave DACA individuals in the USA thru the November Elections... where they are likely to FRAUDULENTLY vote in the coming election. This ruling is about leaving the DACA illegal aliens in place... so, they can illegaly vote to take down Trump and Chief Justice Roberts knows that.

THe DACA illegals are likely already registered to vote... to qualify for DACA status they needed to be here at least 5yrs... most have been here much longer and have established themselves under false claims of US Citizenship... It should be understood that many states don't require any proof other than one's claims of US Citizenship.

Justice John Roberts is NOT A CONSERVATIVE BUT A RINO!!! He always votes with the demoncrats and I don't trust Gorsuch, either!!
