Challenging the election isn't enough... where are the DOJ and FBI on the criminal conduct? Where are the criminal arrests that should be taking place now? Start with those Governors and the Secretary of State who are clearly implicated in aiding and abetting criminal conduct. Make examples out of the State leadership. Criminal arrests will bring down this house of cards as the lower ranking members turn states evidence on the kingpins... the Governo'rs and Secretary od States involved in the criminal conduct.
The intent behind the election fraud is to undermine the foundations of our government... sedition, and insurrection... possibly treason if foreign agents were involved. Serious criminal charges beyond election fraud need to be considered and prosecuted for the kingpins.
Also, investigate the use of Republican-controlled legislatures to appoint ELECTORS as per the US Constitution.... setting aside the election results for fraud by a resolution in the State Legislature... keep the process out of the corrupt state and federal courts
If the Left wants war then we must give it to them holding back nothing... use the State Legislatures in those states where the GOP controls the Legislature to go after the corruption... to void the Election and appoint Electors by the Legislature as per the US Constitution .. .Article 2, Sec 1, Clause 3. It should also be noted that the US Senate under the 20th Amendment can determine if the President and Vice-President QUALIFY to hold office. See Amendment 20, Section 3. Kamala Harris doesn't qualify for -the office of VP... she is not a Natural Born Citizen... she is a native-born citizen and can not become President or VP.
