The Primary Electoral process used to determine major party nominees for the General election is so biased that getting rid of incumbents and RINOs is nearly impossible... without getting a replacement of equal disgust. The electoral system in America has been rigged to support incumbents and the political PARTY FAVORITES, not Citizens or real choice. The Public is being offered choices that amount to choosing between the lesser of evils. In order to reform the electoral process, we must first get rid of the RINOs... In effect, our electoral system has been firmly placed in the hands of our two-party system.
George Washington warned against allowing Political Parties such access to the ballots of the electorate... we failed to listen and now we are faced with major and quite possibly impossible odds at government reform. We must first reform and gain control of the local, state, and national GOP leadership and MANAGEMENT. We must first coopt the RNC and GOP political apparatus in order to control who is nominated to run for office as a Republican.... and for that matter as a Democrat. Until the public controls their party (Democrat or GOP) apparatus we will continue to see BAD CHOICES on the general election ballots.

The Political Party system has rigged the process to gain access to our ballots... making it nearly impossible for an independent or GOP/Democrat to be nominated and to secure a place on the ballot without party approval... or the difficult and almost impossible process to obtain access to the ballot by petition.
The result is political parties control who is allowed to be on the ballot as a GOP or Democrat party candidate... NOT THE PUBLIC... or rarely the public. Pres. Trump is an example where the party favorite lost... Only, because the party alternatives were so terrible that a novice was able to trounce them.
Bob agree. The Party System only ferments corruption. Vote on ideas not the Party. AND special interests need to be banned.
The Capital needs to be moved out of the DC swamp and put in a rural area away from temptations and immoral establishments.
Lower the salaries of Politicians. Make passing a test on the Constitution a pre requisite to run for Congress. No Lawyers allowed to run for office.
Wherever they moved the Capital to only have Congressmen meet once a month so they can be with their constituents most of the time. This will lower the probably of hanky panky.
