“Americans need to understand how the Dominion voting machines and how the entire apparatus works together. We assume that the voting machines simply count votes in a simplistic fashion. But instead, the Dominion voting machines are actually incredibly complicated—specifically due to the use of ‘fractional voting.’

About time. It was someone in TX right after 2020 that came out publically and said Dominion's User Manual states that Dominion allows fractional voting. Of course, they could have lied. BUT, If this is true, then I surmise that those User Manuals are housed in each state SOS office. Say it ain't so—that no one looked at that thing? Read that thing? Took action on that thing? I must be the ONLY person in America who caught wind of that statement. Little ol' me. Seriously?
Does a complicated piece of equipment ever get sold and delivered without a User Manual? Really?
Let's see—I got a user manual for my military flashlights, for my cosmetics, my printer, and when I looked up User Manuals, the internet told me that, All Electronics, All medical devices, Children's products and maybe.....many, many more..... So, how easy is it to set up Dominion in each location? Can it be done without a User Manual? Inquiring minds really...gotta know...
