In 1929 Wisconsin applied to Congress... requesting Congress perform their constitutional duty to call a convention, listing Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin as states having made an application for a convention.

There were 48 states in 1929, so 32 applications would be required to call a convention. 35 states were named

In 1982 according to Justice Brennan, there were 41 valid state applications in the hands of Congress ... that is 7 more than required to mandate Congress CALL an Article 5 Convention.

Finally, by any reasonable estimate, at least 41 of the 34 required have open applications for the convention with Congress.

Congress fears such a convention as do the RINO/GLOBALIST as it could place additional constitutional restraints on the Federal government... and affirm the several States as the sovereign powers in the union... masters over the Federalist... Thus killing any conspiracy or attempt to invoke a new world order, a one-world central government, with a command economy

We must demand an Article 5 convention to amend that constitution... 'to pass the following proposed  Amendments:

A Recall Amendment... Recall all of the current sitting members of the Government elected and appointed officials... Recall Congress (both houses), the Executive Branch (all of the Administration)  The Judiciary, (its judges and officers) subject to new elections and appointments. 

A Term Limits Amendment... Term limit all elected and appointed government officials to ONE TERM... 6 years in length, with 1/3rd of the government standing for election every 2 years.  Present members are denied appointment and or election and must leave office upon their replacement being appointed or elected. The Federal Judiciary and officers of the  Court included.

A Balanced Budget Amendment... Congress shall appropriate funds sufficient to balance expenditures with revenue.  No off-budget expenditures may be made except in times of war and grave National emergencies as declared by the president and with the consent of 3/4hs of Congress.  The current National Debt must be paid off within 20yrs from the date of ratification of this amendment.

A Supremecy Amendment... The several states of this Republic and its citizens are soverign... and the rights and benefits of the US Constitution and its Republic belong to its citizens and may not be violated, usurped or removed except in times of war and martial law... with 3/4ths of Congress approving such temporary suspension.  Congress shall review and approve any period of martial law every 120 days.... with 3/4ths of Congress consenting to an extension for another 120 days unless sooner ended by Congress or the President.

Other Amendments should also be considered... Universal Federal Election Standards and Requirements establish ID requirements, Ballot types, minimum election security requirements, and a system that guarantees the right to challenge election results. 

Limits on Federal Regulatory Powers... an amendment that holds members of the federal bureaucracy personally accountable for the injuries they cause... to US Citizens or their property through misapplied authority, gross negligence, or incompetency.  

Revoke the 14th, 16th, and 17th Amendments.  Return the selection of US Senators to the several States as originally provied for in the US Constitution. 

Funding the US Government... use the original method for raising federal revenue... FEES for services,  imposts, tariffs, and excise taxes. Fees for services must include fees for US Naval and military used to protect trade and shipping routes and other state department services provided for commercial interests.  Everyone must pay their fair share of the government services provided to individuals and corporations. No Direct Taxes.
