Let Pres. Trump use 'RECESS APPOINTMENTS' to quickly fill the vacancies in his Administration... bypass the corruption and coercive delays associated with hearings on reform appointments in the US Senate. The Senate is not capable of administering cogent and fair hearings for reform appointments... they are the problem, not the solution.

Recess Appointments permit the President to immidiately appoint his staff... they provide the President and Congress 2 years, to hold hearings on their confirmation... In 2yrs many of the US Senate's members could be sitting in prison... if Trump is provided with his pick of reform appointments.
