The American Way is to Work and provide for your family's needs and wants, not expect and demand others to accommodate themselves to your specifics. As this is America, All Businesses have the Right to require "Reasonable Request" from customers to assure, in their minds, the safety and comfort of the Entirety of their customers. This also provides an additional shield against litigation from "Customer Exposure to Perceived/Known Hazards/Threats." McDonald's is a Private Enterprise. Had they been in the same situation in a Government Service, different rules may apply, but in America each must first take care of their own.
