What is Johnson thinking... we just threw out a Speaker for signing on to the Democrat's CR... a CR that gives Biden all he asked for and more. Speaker Johson just pushed through a CR that continues the largest budget ever proposed by the US Federal Government.
What's the Solution...
1. Re-submit the House's 'Appropriations Bill' as rejected by the US Senate... with a Balanced Budget Amendment attached... Inform the Democrats they will pass the CR and approve the Balanced Budget Amendment for ratification by the State Legislatures or the Federal Government will be limited to funding essential services ONLY for the foreseeable future.
2. Announce the passage of the House's 'Appropriation Bill' and the proposal for a 'Balanced Budget Amendment'. Inform the nation that this bill is non-negotiable and will be passed and signed into law or the federal government will operate on an essential services budget for the foreseeable future.
3. Ignore all the MSM and Democrats screaming and prognosticating what may happen. Adjourn the House, send everyone home, and stay at home until the Senate and President pass and sign the bill into law... Do not hold press conferences other than to state... the People's House has submitted its budget for FY 24 to the Senate, and no further action by the House is scheduled... None. Let the MSM and Democrats stew in their anger. Hold the line on the bill and amendment until the Bill is signed into law and the 'Balanced Budget amendment' is sent to the state legislatures for ratification.
The US Senate must pass the House 'Appropriations Bill' and the language for a Balanced budget amendment or the government must operate ESSENTIAL services only... indefinitely if necessary... Once, announced let the Speaker adjourn the House and go home... don't hold a press conference, do not give interviews on the MSM/s weekend news shows...
GO SILENT, no one in the GOP talks... Let the Democrats stew, while they watch the clock tic down on the CR. Do not give in, put the government on an ESSENTIAL services footing only if necessary... close all non-essential government services... until further notice... Years, if needed. Government employees are not guaranteed LAY-OFF-proof employment. Once the bureaucrats experience what their civilian neighbors have put up with for years, they will turn on the Democrats who put us where we are today.
We must shut down the non-essential services of the government... we can not afford to borrow more or pay the interest on what is owed. Federal revenues are insufficient to pay for the debt and ongoing government services without printing money (quantitative easing). We don't have the federal revenues to pay our bills... PERIOD. Push has come to shove... start shoving the freeloaders or expect to be joining them. Look for all of your Dollar-vested assets to become worthless...savings, 401K's, Bonds, Annuities, life insurance, etc. if we fail to stop paying for unsupported federal social services.
