Speaker Johnson should initiate a handful of Impeachment actions, beginning with President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas. He should also offer supplemental Emergency Appropriation Bills to fund immediate recovery operations, along with effective language to ensure the greatest good is the policy for administering aid.
