Worse. Mr. Pence was spirited away to be safeguarded, while companions worked on him to invoke the 25th Amendment bid to declare Mr. Trump incompetent (hence the need to protect Pence). I just pleaded in a letter to the Whitehouse, for the President to employ emergency powers not just to head off the illicit certification, but also to prevent the even more widescale civil unrest and rioting with a Biden presidency (kodos to the Pentagon for telling Pelosi they would pass on sending troops). I am sure the President realizes that many people are simply not going to go with the destructive flow. If he were to resign now in an attempt to defuse the situation, he would only be pouring LPG on a fire.
Trump needs to act quickly, command the military, and assume absolute powers over the country. There are way too many people opposing him now, and all opposition to Trump is consequently an opposition to the US Constitution. This insurrection cannot stand!
That's why the Supreme court won't hear it. It's a no brainer and it puts them on the spot. It's CLEAR there's only one way to rule on it. There'd No room for intellectual mental semantics or.......a.k.a Their BULL SCHIFF!
So rather than to be a leper in his own country (and risk legal action or violence toward him), a culpable Pence might as well spare himself the National disgust and anger, and limit it to just the Globalists and their operatives........ if he were guilty.
