Supreme Court Rejects Texas Suit Challenging Biden's Victory
WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Friday rejected an audacious lawsuit by Texas that had asked the court to throw out the presidential election results in four battleground states captured by President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr.
this is crazy.
The MSM doesn't select our President nor do they dictate who is the legitimate winner in any State Election... there is a legal process in each state and the US Constitution for challenging election results and the seating of electors...
This election is not over until January 6th, 2021 when VP Pence certifies the electoral votes as legitimate... during this process, he can challenge and throw out any electors that were assigned based on the result of unlawful elections or fraud. If enough electors are disqualified the selection of the next President will devolve to the House of Representatives where each state delegation will cast ONE VOTE for the candidate of their choice with a simple majority vote determining who will be our next President...Â
It should be noted that 24 States in the Union have GOP legislatures and Governors, 15 States are Democratically controlled and 11 are mixed... If the GOP/RNC holds all 24 State Delegations to vote for Trump he only needs to pick up 2 votes from the 11 other states...to be elected to a second term... the odds on favorite would be Pres. Trump in such a scenario.
Biden is a fake President he is the President of the voting machine and the socialist party.
