    • Clothing and other cultural items that capture the eye and pockets of consumers today are more the product of highly skilled and researched marketing... than utility and actual need. In addition, the manufacture of today's fashions and consumer items are no longer primarily the product of domestic manufacturers and their development...

Department stores, fashion specialty shops, and retailers at one time had a very wide-ranging source of manufacturers and wholesalers. They could order from the local textile or utensils manufacturer and expect a 90-day turnaround on current market items, and sometimes less.  Local manufacturing provided local retailers and customers greater flexibility and response to fashion or trends in the latest home appliance... responding to actual consumer demand more than marketing schemes. If a product was rejected on its first order the retailer could cut that product in the next 90 days or less.  However, manufacturers experienced greater costs (due to shorter runs and retooling/pattern changes, etc.) under such conditions. The manufacturer or wholesaler was exposed to greater risks of being caught with outdated or failed items. Managed markets favor manufacturing and the larger international box companies... as Managed Markets direct fashion and consumer trends for appliances and utility items... not necessarily consumer need or demand.

Today we have directed markets that are tailored to meet the needs and profits of manufacturers... not the demand of consumers.  The Large International Manufacturers and box companies establish market trends not necessarily consumption or the independent brands and retailers... as once, was a primary trademark of FREE MARKETS.

The major corporations experience less returned merchandise, fewer retooling or die changes, and the consumer's purchasing habits... as the Global markets are DIRECTED MARKETS (managed markets) controlled by highly sophisticated marketing logarithms

    • The problem is not structural... it is ideological... philosophical, and destructive by design.   None of the 'WoKe: policies and programs would be happening if they relied on the spontaneous acts of individuals... these are planned and staged events promoted by sinister individuals and institutions with a specific goal in mind... the devolution of our culture and the destruction of our Capitalist system of commerce and our Constitutional Republic... TOO REPLACE BOTH with a Marxist socialist state... and a new world order.

  • Board members and ceos have bowed to satan, expecting We the People to just fall in line!!!!!  I WILL NOT spend my money at any corporation that supports satanic "wokeism"!!!!!!!!!!

    • Indeed... it is ideological... a betrayal of our spiritual calling and nature.  We are the children of God, as such we need to act like it... Too, do otherwise brings great tribulation upon our house... Until we return to the fundamentals for good government, as contained in God's Word, we will struggle against self-imposed corruption in our government and social institutions.

  • It looks like the solution to this is for indepenant, conservative banks, large and small, to unite and fill in the vacuum left by the woke banks. Give corporate America an alternative for loans and they wouldn't have to make the woke/not woke choice to survive. So, where are the conservative bankers? Don't tell me the left has ALL the money!

    • When banks fail large sums of money in th form of assets... real wealth is transferred for pennies on the dollar to the super-wealthy.   Foreclosures on the notes due (loans) outstanding result in liquidation bids (a fire sale) and billions in unrealized wealth are transferred to those with the ready wealth to step in and buy the assets.  The truth be known, these banks are experiencing SELF-IMPOSED insolvency.  The CEO'a and Boards simply are not that STUPID.  These Bankruptcies should be investigated as financial fraud and fiduciary malfeasance... the CEOs and directors of many of these banks end up purchasing the assets of the banks for near nothing... thus leaving many of the small businesses and debtors holding nothing... losing what little they had.

  • It is fascism when the government controls corporations. It is called a "corporatist economic system". All aspects of corporate life is controlled by the government. The governement meddles in everything and tussles with companies who are not bending to its will. We are fortunate that we have some Republican leaders like Trump in national politics and DeSantis in state politics who understand this and fight this tooth and nail.

    • It is fascism when CORPORATIONS control the government... you got it backward...  Fascism occurs when corporate interests control the government and use their wealth and influence to secure formerly unattainable favor from the government.  Fascist corporate interests run the government... fascist corporations and their owners/boards are the DEEP state.  It is the deep state that then forms the swamp... corrupt government agency.

    • History got it backward then, too. It has never played out like you describe it.

    • We are experiencing a Marxist cultural revolution and national insurgency... it is and has been planned.  Marxist and Leninists use the same timetable, strategic plan, and tactics when indoctrinating and fundamentally transforming a target state's culture and government.  They incrementally infiltrate and co-opt the existing culture and government destroying the old and incrementally replacing both with Cultural Marxism and socialism.

Nikita Khrushchev, speaking before the United Nations (UN) General Assembly in 1959, told Americans that the Soviet Union would feed America, “small doses of socialism until you finally wake up and find you already have Communism”  This prediction appears to be taking place... demonstrating that Marxist Insurgencies are strategic plans using predictable tactics to infiltrate and convert society.  Saul Alinskis 'Rules for Radicals' put old Soviet Union precepts for staging a socilist revolution into a list of practical tactics for fundamentally transforming a nation by the numbers.
