Weird: Minneapolis City Councilor woman starts ranting about racism for no apparent reason

Narcisist. I doubt anyone cares what color you are. Your ancestors were fed by my ancestors and you are pissing me off.

Your attitude stinks. Big time. I have had black friends most of my life. I never saw racism till I went to U Dayton and it was black girls treating us like we were their rabid skunks. Shoved us in the hall. Black against white and that is ALL I have ever seen, not even in Chicago burbs nor in downtown Chicago. I have also known the nicest Black people ever. Dated a few of the men. One female was a best friend. And you don't hold a candle to any of them, male or female.

I have never even KNOWN a racist of any kind. Never in my life. My parents weren't racist. Nor were my Grandparents. Nor my Great- Grandmother. He had passed but I doubt he was, either, or she wouldn't have married him. Good people reject racists. Period.

No racism to be found in any of my employers, either. Or fellow employees. No racism to be found. Nor friends. Nor their families. Nope. Not there.

My grandparents fed your grandparents in the Great Depression when Grandpa worked his butt off and farmed for their food after wiring the WV coal mines for lighting. It's called work. 2nd grade education. Everything he did, he taught himself. Perfect grammar. Electricity. Geology. Anything else. Read and studied like it mattered. It did. Grandma had a 3rd grade education. Cooked 3 meals a day. Biscuits for all 3 meals. Went to biscuit school for 1 or 2 weeks. Also self-taught. Made a home. Pumped for water. Coal stove. No bathroom. No shower. Outhouse. Up the hill. Heated up water on the coal stove and sponge bathed. Summer 'shower' with cold water from the hose outside. Sewing machine. Wringer washer. Trinkets for the home purchased with collected green stamps. No money for that stuff. Four kids. All Patriots who would have died for this country. One did. The one I never met. Shot down a Jap plane at Pearl Harbor. Didn't claim it. One son worked on the Space Shuttle. Never signed it. The rest of the team did, somewhere on it. Patriots. Not whiny narcissists. HEROES. ALL.

A red-blooded patriot American family. Two parents. Four kids. Dog. And yet they shared with people worse off. Black or white didn't matter. They were hungry. That mattered. Any year. Didn't matter.

Get your mind off of yourself. And get over yourself.

Blacks developed a poor attitude because the world around them (feeling bad for slavery) told them they could!
Whites should not feel bad about slavery.....it doesn't exist in America anymore, the whites wiped it out, thousands of whites died for it! We corrected a wrong!
Blacks must stop feeling sorry for themselves because slavery had no affect on any of them living today, they were all given the opportunity to have the same lives as do whites, they just have to work for it......as do whites!
Maybe this stupid woman doesn't want to be black, she doesn't like herself! She needs to stop bitching and appreciate that she was born on American soil and not some armpit of a country in Africa!
