Twitter, facebook, and other social media site should be classified as publishers since the get involved in deciding who and what will be allowed on their sites (not counting foul or abusive comments). But due to some very influential money interests, this will never happen.

  We should ask, did Obama declare war on Libya without Congressional approval, did he have Qaddafi killed, did he run an illegal gun smuggling operation from Benghazi, was that smuggling to enemy Islamists in Syria, was he trying to overthrow and kill Pres. Assad of Syria, did he ignore terrorists threats to other consulates and our own in Benghazi, did he reduce security at our consulate, did he then order our forces to stand down rather than try to rescue Americans, did he relieve military officers who wanted to rescue Americans, did he have a media person jailed to cover up the cause of Benghazi, did he lie about Benghazi or not? We must decide, are these historical facts or mere partisan speculations?
  
  As for the others mentioned, we should ask, exactly what is treason, where is it found in US law, and how did the men listed violate it. We should also ask, do many Americans understand the difference between treason and sedition?
  
  On one side we should ask, Is everything Obama said and done TREASON? On the other side, has there never been SMIDGEN of scandal in the Obama administration.

  Precisely. He had a gaggle of dishonest synchophants who helped him commit treason. Among those were Sec. of State Clinton, Sec. of Defense Panetta, and UN Ambassador Susan Rice. There were others.
  
  The Obama administration had already bungled an illegal gun smuggling operation to Mexico, claiming it was done to stop gun smuggling by licensed dealers from the US to Mexico. But all it accomplished was to arm the Cartels, undermine the government of Mexico, get US agents and Mexicans murdered, and used as an excuse to udermine the 2nd Amedment. One has to wonder it these weren't the true intended results.
  
  Obama initiated the Arab Spring Initiative which saw nominal Muslim dictators overthrown popular for fundementalist Muslims dictators. This was the intent for the smuggling of US weaponst to Syria. But it resulted in the death of our Ambassador and 3 other Americans. It was unconstitutional as it involved Obama declaring a war with Libya without Congressional consent and as that those given the weapons turned out to be anti-US Muslims who founded ISIS. It was I believe treasonous.
  
  But as you say, he and the others have seemingly gotten away with it.
