  I think he said Looters, not rioters. I think if the rioters turn into looters then they become game as well. I also think protecting yourself from rioters is also what DeSantis ment. You should also concider getting insurance to protect yourself in case you do shoot someone while protecting youself. If you shoot someone while protecting yourself/family or property the communists will send an army of attorneys your way to make an example of you.
