What the Gun Grabbers Will Do After They Lose a SCOTUS RULING.
This is a Clear and present danger to the Constitution. Government gun grabbers have no right to go around the Constitution! The left consistenty has used small nuances in the laws to basically mis-interpret or ignore them. The left will not change. Especially since the Democratic Liberal Left is now over 50% Democratic Socialist. That translates out to full Communist/Lenninist now, and then will devolve into a Stalinist or Maoist Juggernaught. They have already proven they have no respect for our Constitution, and they just barely stay within the letter of the law, but use every ploy they can think of to get around it.
America is losing it's freedoms to the Liberal/Communists who want total government control from cradle to grave. They make up plesant sounding fictions to support their claims. Those fictions never have been fulfilled since Marx and Engels first created the Marxist Manefesto and promised them to their people.
Think about it for a minute, Marx was never able to support his family, and had to rely on his wife to keep a job and provide for the family. Engels was a successful businessman, who wanted to have a monopoly on what he produced. Marx was naieve to the point of vain stupidity, and that was exploited by Engels to shape Bolschevism into what it became as a Totalitarian Dictatorship. It's the same game plan being used on American Youth today. They have not been taught real history, and believe the lies. The DSA is the latest rebranding of that old unworkable theme.
The first thing they do is to confiscate or over regulate guns and ammo, so the average citizen can't get their hands on it for self protection. New laws and rulings are ordered by SCOTUS, and they find a way around those laws and rulings. This will never stop until; The American People themselves proose and push through a Constitutional Amendment in plain unmistakeable language. An Amendmenmt that clearly states; "THE GOVERNMENT, FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL, IS 'EXPRESSLEY FORBIDDEN', TO CREATE OR ENFORCE, ANY LAW, RULE, OR REGULATION, INCLUDING THOSE ALREADY ON THE BOOKS, UNLESS THE AMERICAN PEOPLE VOTE TO APPROVE THEM IN A GENERAL ELECTION, BY A 3/4 VOTE OF APPROVAL." THE NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT, AND THE 1968 GUN CONTROL ACT ARE HEREBY REPEALED.
American citizens have the right to create and enact their own laws with Constitutional Approval, when their hired hands refuse to abide by the same rules and regulations, that are the clear intent of SCOTUS RULINGS. The politicians are out of control, and we need to force them back on track, or we are the ones who will lose out!!!
Who else is as sick and tired of being steamrolled by the communist left, forcing their agendas down our throats?
