Butler County Sheriffs do the rooftops and were told by secret service to not show up. They would only allow them to do traffic outside the venue.

Now we find out that drone finding tech was down only when Crooks flew his drone. https://t.co/mQtlEOhJjO
Thomas Crooks flew his drone over the Butler County Fairgrounds for (11) minutes, undetected
Just so happens the Secret Service anti drone system was down at exactly the same moment
Crooks climbed on top of the only bldg that didn't have a surveillance system, it was also the only bldg outside the Secret Service's security perimeter... despite the fact it was very close to the stage, with a clear sight line to Trump
