Just so happens the Secret Service anti drone system was down at exactly the same moment
Crooks climbed on top of the only bldg that didn't have a surveillance system, it was also the only bldg outside the Secret Service's security perimeter... despite the fact it was very close to the stage, with a clear sight line to Trump
