Federal judges are frustrated with the Supreme Court for increasingly overturning lower court rulings involving the Trump administration with little or no explanation, with some worried the practice is undermining the judiciary at a sensitive time.
Some judges believe the Supreme Court, and in particular Chief Justice John Roberts, could be doing more to defend the integrity of their work as President Donald Trump and his allies harshly criticize those who rule against him and as violent threats against judges are on the rise.
In rare interviews with NBC News, a dozen federal judges — appointed by Democratic and Republican presidents, including Trump, and serving around the country — pointed to a pattern they say has recently emerged:
Lower court judges are handed contentious cases involving the Trump administration. They painstakingly research the law to reach their rulings. When they go against Trump, administration officials and allies criticize the judges in harsh terms. The government appeals to the Supreme Court, with its 6-3 conservative majority.
And then the Supreme Court, in emergency rulings, swiftly rejects the judges’ decisions with little to no explanation.

No explanation is needed... most of the lower courts' decisions are exercises in unconstitutional restraints on the Executive Branch. Judges don't understand the SCOTUS because they don't understand the US Constitution.
Remove these nearedowells... and replace them with justices steeped in traditional interpretations of Constitutional Law.
Undermine these fools, pull the rug out from under them and impeach them all. Make a statement to the Country and even to SCOTUS about what Trump's multiple roles are as CEO, CIC and POTUS and tell them to stand down or be removed. One chance only. They have no lifetime immunity and they are out of bounds. We did NOT vote for the 3rd tier to rule this country. The case in front of them. No submission of case, done. They are playing politics and that is ALL they are doing. Tyrants.
Jea9, I totall agree. President Trump is CEO, CIC, and POTUS and as such, he should rule with unfettered authority. The legislative and especially the judiciary need to stand down or be removed by President Trump. We aren't some third world country, we are the United States of America for crying out loud.
Plus Necessary and Proper. That's nice and broad. Lots of leeway.
I agree all these left wing judges need to be sat down and made to read the Constitution, because they don't rule according to the Constitution they are so far out of bounds they ought to be kicked off the bench. We don't need **** like that in our country. Nor do we want that in our country
I would really like for Trump to do exactly that. Public. Broadcast round the world. Shame them. Humiliate them. Teach them, though. But slap them—hard.
