No... the Commander in Chief is exempt from the UCMJ... as the senior member of the military he is the chief prosecutor and ultimate command authority ... He can set aside any court-martial findings upon review.
He is also exempt from indictment by the DOJ... he must FIRST BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE USING THE CONSTITUTIONAL PROCESS OF IMPEACHMENT. Once removed from office he can be indicted and prosecuted.

Interestingly, Derek brought up the subtle wording on the 1st paragraph of one, that it states something like, "There has been no indication or evidence of foreign election interference," thereby stating indirectly, that we DO have "Internal" election interference. Dr. Jan Halper-Hayes also supports this likelihood. It also had to do with activating the NG before he left office. What I am asking goes along with what Virginia posted below. It also ties in with Putin's taking on Ukraine.
