  • That's been their plan since the 60s.

  • Only a king or dictator runs a country on “Executive Orders”!

As of April 15, 2021, President Biden had already signed 59 Executive Orders and actions since taking office on January 6, 2020.

QUOTATION: “Well, if you can’t get the votes by executive order, you’re going to do something.’ Things you can’t do by executive order unless you’re a dictator. We’re a democracy. We need consensus.”

…said the hypocrite dictator – “Uncle Joe” Biden

“In this country, we are not ruled by an all-powerful executive with a pen and a phone. Instead, we are ruled by a Constitution that provides for three distinct and independent branches of government…”

    Political futures:

“Executive Orders are canceled as easily as they were created. Policy shifts prove ephemeral. What is America’s policy on a border wall? On the Keystone Pipeline? On Iran’s nuclear development? When the answers to such questions are a matter of presidential caprice rather than an act of Congress, they aren’t answers at all — merely holding patterns apt to change after the next election.” —Jeff Jacoby

Presidential Rulings by “Executive Order” of one President can be simply countermanded and declared invalid by the Next President.

That is no way to run a Country! No matter who is President! Besides, they bypass Congress and are UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Therefore, all Executive Orders should be banned, unless given for CRITICAL, “Immediate Response Required” things like Declaring War, or a Federal response to a National or Local emergency like a devastating flood or hurricane, and where leaving it up to Congress to decide would delay any timely response

Or non-critical things like declaring Flags to be flown at Half-Mast for a specific reason such as 9-11, or for things like declaring “National Potato Pancake Day”.

We have a Congress that is the only one Constitutionally allowed to Create Law.

Congress needs to write a Law that limits the breadth and scope of exactly what “Executive Orders” may accomplish, so that Presidents and State Governors may not go off the wall with willy-nilly personal opinions on what they want to be as “law”.

    • One and only one EO, that I can think of, that benefited We the People, was Trump's very first EO that banned certain groups of people from certain countries for an indeterminate length of time. He was banning Muslims from countries with violence coming from that group of Muslims.

The 9th circuit, a huge circuit out west in CA., OR. WA,--threw a fit. Said he couldn't do that. He backed down when he should have stood against those tyrants in black robes.

Problem was, HE COULD do as he wrote in that EO, and he should have laid down the law to them, literally and then told them to mind their own **** business.

Art.II gives Congress all Jurisdiction and Authority over immigration.

Congress wrote, passed and was executed in the 1952 McCarren-Walter Act, which abdicated a portion of Congress' authority over Immigration to the President, and allows him to ban immigration "for any reason, for any length of time, and for any group of persons, as He shall see fit."

He should have read Art I about Congress' authority over immigration, and then read to the American people McCarren-Walter's authorization to the President. He should then have told them they had zero, zippo authority or jurisdiction in this matter. Nicely, of course.

The style of FDR's Fireside Chats comes to mind as a way to reach and teach the American people the Constitution, with no lying media in between Trump and We the People.

He almost had it right, but he didn't layer or complete the information in a teaching manner that both explained and clarified everything. And it became an important moment that resulted in a wasted opportunity, as the 9th circuit unlawfully won that battle based on nothing but bullying from the bench.

He had every lawful right to execute that order.

Had he more carefully constructed his address to the people, and been more complete, it could have marshalled an end to judicial "supremecy" that should never have existed in the first place.

  • What the elites fail to realize is they will die someday and face the LORD in judgment!
