DOGE Police Blotter: Another billion dollar USAID scandal connected to the pharmaceutical and health insurance industries and the Democratic Party. Lois Quam was named the President and CEO of Blue Shield of California between January 2025 and March 2025. She was also CEO of Pathfinder International from 2017 to 2024 and was an executive at UnitedHealth Group from 1989 to 2007.
Between 2005 and 2021, USAID awarded Pathfinder International $972 million. Between 2009 and 2018, Pathfinder spent nearly $1 billion outside of the United States. Pathfinder aggressively promotes abortion, birth control, condoms and other sexualized issues in foreign countries, as well as abortion drugs like Mifepristone and the HPV vaccine. Pathfinder is also glued to the hips of a vast network of globalist NGOs including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Lois Quam is a megadonor to the Democratic Party and the same Congressional Democrats who want to "tax the rich" and increase Federal funding for healthcare and health insurance subsidies while Quam is glued to the hips of the Health Insurance industry.
Lois Quam is also a major donor to the Democrats in Minnesota who are attacking Federal ICE agents and the enforcement of Federal immigration laws.
