I asked whether he'd sidelined anyone from Main Justice.

Joe diGenova: “I want to underscore that we were following the principles of federal prosecution all along the way, and we did that. We were we were moving smartly, and I underscore we were moving smartly, and then things, you know, got where they got."Â
Joe diGenova told me that the Southern District of Florida team will "succeed supremely" if "they are allowed to do their jobs."

He praised Brett Skiles from the FBI's Miami Field Office as "the finest SAC that I have ever dealt with in my years in the Justice Department."
