1. Since 2019, Perkins Coie has been paid at least $41 million for its political work by Democratic-affiliated organizations, according to Federal Election Commission records.
2. If you don't know who or what Perkins Coie is, think of them as the biggest clearing clearing house for the most repugnant Orcs.
I wrote about them many years ago.
3. Think of Marc Elias as the unfortunate result of what happens when an orc impregnates Brian Stelter. Except much more odious, bombastic pompous and vacuous. And just as big and insensate a Democrat controlled phallic toy.
Of course he's a super lawyer.
4. Marc Elias and Perkins Coie have basically monopolized the Democratic election law work funneling all this legal work through political and non-political organizations through his firm. It’s a sort of a clearinghouse for the left-wing litigation agenda.
5. Elias first started building his reputation as a top Democratic dogfighter in 1998, when he helped former senator Harry Reid secure a recount victory and hold his Nevada Senate seat by just over 400 votes. In 2004, he was general counsel for John Kerry’s presidential campaign.
6. This year Marc Elias unleashed his sleazy tactics late September and early October in cases involving Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
7. His website listed 21 active cases in 9 states.
“There have been more lawsuits filed this year before the election trying to change election rules than I’ve ever seen before,”
Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation said.
8. “I suspect what they’re planning to do in any state where the election is close and there are enough outstanding or rejected absentee ballots to make the difference, you’re going to see the same kind of fight” von Spakovsky said.
Incredibly prescient, isn't it?
9. “What they’ve been trying to do is take advantage of COVID-19 to get the changes they’ve wanted for years into election rules” Von Spakovsky continued.
Looks like everyone knew exactly what was happening.
10. Elias’ focus in 2020 has been on his so-called Four Pillars lawsuits promoting “safeguards that are necessary to prevent voter disenfranchisement”
11. These so-called safeguards include:
- free or prepaid postage for mail-in ballots
-ensuring all ballots postmarked on or before election day be counted, -protecting voters from signature-matching requirements on absentee ballots, and
-legalizing ballot harvesting.
Yep.
13. To their credit, Republicans did challenge some. And they did score a few victories.
In SC, Supreme Court reinstated a state requirement that a witness be required to sign their ballot, and in WI the court refused to extend the deadline for officials to receive ballots.
14. Marc Elias was instrumental and I daresay keystone in filing lawsuits to change Pennsylvania mail-in voting laws.
The suit was filed by the Pennsylvania Alliance for Retired Americans and funded by Priorities USA, the main super PAC supporting Biden.
15. In Pennsylvania, like elsewhere they litigated for
- free or prepaid postage for mail-in ballots
-ensuring all ballots postmarked on or before election day be counted,
-changing signature-matching requirements on absentee ballots, and
-legalizing ballot harvesting.
17. Which, when you think about it makes perfect sense. Democrats insist on prepaid mail-in ballots ostensibly because people can buy stamps or food, but not both.
Meanwhile the post office overflows with ballots without a trace of postmark. What could go possibly wrong?
18. In fact in Pennsylvania USPS outright admitted that the whole mail-in ballot postmark thing was ripe for disaster and fraud.
I am not making this up. They basically said they'll try. But they can't promise anything.
19. “Although we instruct our employees throughout the country to adhere to our ballot postmarking policy, such practice does deviate from normal procedures, since the primary purpose of cancellation is to ensure that postage cannot be reused"
20. “As a result, we acknowledge that circumstances can arise that prevent ballots from receiving a legible postmark.”
Did you hear anyone talk about this?
The post office admitted there's not much they can do about the postmark, but sure, they'll try.
21. Here's the best part. Guess who paid for the Christopher Steele Trump Russia Dossier used to discredit Trump's presidential run, and then to launch a 4 year tenure of investigations too myriad to count?
If you already don't know, sit down for this one.
22. Interesting how the "circle of filth"
uses very easily recognizable signature patterns pointing to the existence of their dastardly handiwork by virtue of the money trail and the inevitable apparatus of depravity that requires orc blood to exist and function.
23. And it's not surprising. Indeed the very existence of the circle of filth and the orc army of the eye of Soros, I mean Sauron is dependent on having unfettered access to the levers that control all power. And the same man stands in their way.

24. Addendum: Marc Elias is a member of Joe Biden's legal team. As the Trump legal team ramps up its proceedings, expect to hear a lot more from him and his orc clan. Use this thread as a jumping off point. But this is a miniscule drop compared to the information out there.
