Why is Speaker Johnson betraying his base and risking removal? One has to assume our politicians are aware that RIGGED ELECTIONS are becoming the normal path to power... When politicians are no longer subject to the LIGITIMATE VOTE of the electorate they become seriously compromised... open to bartering deals for favorable election outcomes. No one needs to 'talk the talk or walk the walk' when they have a lock on the ballot boxes of America.
Our electoral system is seriously broken... the people no longer have an exclusive franchise on America's ballots... Election outcomes are now the product of managed elections. The Speaker may have been coached on what he MUST DO or face removal now or in the next election cycle. This supposed conservative is breaking all sorts of House rules and traditions, as he abandons the conservative caucus in the GOP... One has to ask Why? What caused Speaker Johnson to make such a radical shift in his politics?
