Illegal Aliens have no Constitutional right to due process... legal rights to a hearing or court date of any kind... Our Constitution applies to "We the People of the United States..." Not Mexico, Brazil, Uganda, or any other nation.
It is a misconception that non-citizens have Constitutional rights... they have zero rights under the Constitution... show me where they do.
Next, the 14th Amendment is part of the Constitution as such it applies ONLY TO WE THE PEOPLE... all of the legal due process provided in the Constitution is for US Citizens and no one else.
Aliens legally in the USA are EXTENDED LEGAL RIGHTS BY STATUTORY law... Our Immigration and Naturalization statutes award temporary and specific rights to those here legally. These temporary extensions of due process are not rights and they are not extended to illegal aliens. We must not extend such legal protections to law-breaking alien invaiders.

I believe I saw a group of illegal young adults today in a nearby town. All in dark gray hoodies, males and females, all carrying gray plastic bags that had the same shape in each bag, like a Kroger bag but dark gray. This group of about 7 older teenagers or early 20 somethings, just appeared to walk almost in a huddle, close to each other, crossing an intersection. It just appeared "off."
No, they need their wage slaves, house servants, footmen, drivers, gardeners, gamekeepers, and bodyguards. How else shall they display their rights as the new aristocracy... those privileged and exempt from the laws applicable to normal citizens?

The way to get this crap under control is to start arresting any and all who are aiding and abetting the illegals in any way, shape or form with sentences that extend beyond the final removal of the last illegal....and while at it confiscate the wealth of those doing so also to pay back the real Americans they've stolen from.

We need to DEFUND the UN and all other NGO's that are recruiting the Caravans and moving these invaders into our Country and on to Sanctuary Cities.
