I just want to say this America is in trouble rather you are a Democrat or Republican the problem is we throw God out of the public eye the Church is following the government because of the COVID-19, and God seems to be silent so what should we do? here is my answer to this for all of the Democrats who hate God keep your mouth shut because it was you that brought all this into our lap especially back in the 2012 election the Democrats voted God out of their party. And now for all of us who claim to be a Christian we need to exercise Ephesians chapter 6 verses 10 through 18 because we are in a spiritual WARFARE, remember we are fighting Satan and his demons with God himself.
Roberts will think of something to prevent Trump from accomplishing anything. Remember what Lin Wood said about Roberts conversation with justice Breyer and said he would make sure Trump didn't get re-elected. This is why Roberts should be impeached from the supreme court.
You are correct if Justice Roberts denies Trumps hearing it will strengthen the Presidents position to DECLARE MARTIAL LAW and that a Coup d’état is being attempted thru the use of fraudulent elections... he can also site the many other attempts to illegally remove him from office as ancillary acts of insurrection and treason... then arrest Chief Justice Roberts as part of the Coup and site other crimes that may have been used to BLACKMAIL him.
With the PA legislature declaring the election fraud ... but failing to decertify the electors for Biden... VP Pence must do so and could award the PA Electors to Trump and let the left start rioting... have the US Military on high alert... declare martial law the minute the riots start and go hardcore ballistic on stopping the riots too include arresting massive numbers of high ranking federal and state officials who have aided and abetted insurrection, treason, espionage, and other crimes... time to round up the globalist and Marxist insurrectionist and traitors.
I don't have any confidence in them helping but will pray they do the right thing for a change. I am real disappointed in the 3 Trump nominated and fought for as they so far have not honored their oath of office
Agreed, I am fearful that our legal professionals have been so fundamentally skewed left that they are incapable of rendering Constitutional justice... the law schools and Bar Associations have failed to train and discipline the legal profession properly. We seriously need to look at major judicial reform... rewriting the Federal Judiciary Act to restrict the jurisdiction of the courts to THE CASE IN LAW BEFORE THEM AND NO OTHERS... in other words, their judgments apply only to the case in law before the court they don't establish law or apply to any other similar cases... period. End Stare Decisis as it is FIAT LAW... it is the heart of Judicial Activism and abuse... it is the key to governing under the color of law. End it.

The Court doesn't have to take this up... and Robert's is likely to kill it. We will have to see what happens.

If the President seeks to demonstrate comprehensive "NO JUSTICE" for him by the Judiciary for election theft. OK.
