We don't have dangerous situation like communism, nazism, islamism south of our border where people coming seeking asylum could be explained. They aren't running for freedom, to save their lives because of political situations, so anyone arriving at the border needs to be be rejected. No paperwork to enter the USA, you don't get in! As far as that judge,put him in prison and throw away the key!
I used to have respect for judges but no more. They make up their own laws and morals to suit their political preferences. How about the US Supreme court justice who could not define a woman? This is scary.
His Superiority complex has mistakenly erred by allowing him to step way out of his robes, deciding that he makes the laws. Very likely this is an indication that other barristers may harbor the same mental distortion and affliction .

One judge down; many, many more to go. President Trump needs to do some serious cleansing of the judiciary and assume total authority over it.
