The President's lawyer should consider and file 'wrongful arrest and prosecution' suits against New York and Georgia's Prosecutors to recover the costs for his defense and to USE the civil suites to publicly address the wrongful use of criminal law to keep him from SPEAKING about the Marxist Democrats abuses of power and any criminal conduct they used to interfere with the 2020 election outcome.
These civil law suites can give Trump a legal and public platform to speak about the ongoing abuses by the NY and Georgia Courts and prosecutors... without being held in contempt. It could also lead to Trump recovering the funding of his defense and good name. I wonder why Trump's legal team has not advised him of this potential means to speak to the public regarding the legal abuses taking place in NY and GA.
Someone with Donald's ear might want to ask him why he hasn't filed a civil suit for wrongful arrest and prosecution... to create a legal platform to address the public over the left's abuse of the judicial system. Lawfare is not legal or fair.
