I am the preacher who ate bacon in this video. It was CAIR and the MSA that pressured the Hillsborough county state attorney to file charges. The Muslims lied in their sworn statements and the state attorney is aggressively pursuing this. My lawyer made a split motion to dismiss based on the 1st amendment and the state is trying to fight it
