“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”After declaring ourselves an Independent Free Nation in 1776 and the signing of the Declaration of Independence, we,as a nation, needed to form a system of basic principles and laws that defines the rights of all American citizens and sets limits on what Government can and cannot do. Therefore, in Sep 17, 1787 U.S. Constitution was complete and signed. This document is what gives myself and everyone that is a “LEGAL” American citizen the basic civil liberties that no other nation can match.It gives us freedom to say what we want, no matter if it offends someone. It gives us the Right to own and carry guns to provide safety for ourselves, our families, and anyone in need. It sets down what power the government has, and that government is forbidden to work against our rights and safety under those set laws. The government is meant to work for us, NOT the other way around!DEMORATS and Liberals are notorious for abusing or making misinterpretations of the Constitution to fit their own agendas and to defend or give an answer to their moronic arguments. For example,lets take the LGBT and now Q or whatever letter they decide to add this week. They use it to defend their right to get married. But there is NOTHING in the Constitution to defend that. It states nothing about the union of marriage. You have a first grade boy who says he really is a girl on the inside and wants to use the girls bathroom. Sure,he has rights,but so do those girls to their own privacy. His parents sued the school and won,and now that little “boy” gets to use the girl’s restroom. What a about the rights of those little girls who don’t want a boy in their bathroom? Too bad, their rights to privacy get trumped by one little boy. Who determines who’s rights get trumped? No one does,but apparently now it can be done against constitutional standards. Lets take the NAACP for another example. They constantly bleat about civil rights and abuse. In the case of a certain recent trial, they yell that a dead boys rights were violated. There was a trial AND a verdict of innocence for the defendant, but that mans rights are raped and violated continuously even after found innocent of a crime. Now you have the NAACP and the DOJ, even the President, continuing to take that mans rights and trample them by making his life hell. But they continue to abuse the Constitutional outcome of that trial to promote their own agendas, forming protests that encourage rioting,looting, and race hate. Yet again, they trump another mans rights to his freedom to go on with life. Barack Obama is notorious for abusing and trashing our nations Constitution to promote his own sick agendas. Trying to ban gun rights, which is against the Constitutional rights given to us by our Founding Fathers, rapes the nation’s freedoms of bearing arms. Then you have Immigration Reform, which will give more rights to Illegals by taking away actual Americans rights. Yet again, one groups rights would be trumped by another groups rights. His agenda continues with trying to take our rights to Freedom of speech, privacy, and safety away from us to fulfill his own narcissism. He appoints his own choices for Supreme Court justices and other Administration positions, and abuses the ability given to him to make Executive decisions by completely circumventing Congress on everything. He continuously abuses and shits on our great nation’s Constitution,and he WILL NOT stop until he’s completed whatever plan he has for his own New Amerika. So here’s my final thought for all the RATS,RINOs, and Liberal morons who whine and cry that the Constitution is outdated: The basic human rights given to us by the Constitution are what made our Nation the greatest nation on this planet. Liberties never expire,and neither do the rights given to us by the Constitution ever go out of date. It’s what gives us the freedoms we sometimes take for granted. So if you really think that it needs to be changed, I say go ahead and give it a whirl. All you need is two-thirds of Congress AND three-fourths of the States to make your “Change”. As we almost enter the 5th year of this Administration, we’ve seen it’s progression into an Imperial Presidency. The country deeply divided: divided by opposing parties, divided racially, and divided into a class of elite and the “collective”, we no longer like to think about what really lies ahead for this mighty country.The parties have been divided into two, Republicans who once stood for the preservation and upholding of the Constitution, is slowly being drawn and quartered, members who once stood for the party are slowly being sucked in by Democratic influence and denounced as RINOS, Rubio and Boehner for example, are no longer trustworthy. You have division amongst races, primarily black and white, being divided by unnecessary over publicized trials thanks to the Mainstream Media, and a President and his minions pushing that card at every opportunity.Then you have the self proclaimed RockStar, Barack “Barry” Obama, overstepping his given duties and obligations as President, overplaying Executive power and overstepping the lame duck Congress by pushing and peddling bills and avoiding all controversial “scandals”, which in all reality, are not phony scandals, just major issues being swept under rug by other issues that continuously unfold. What I’m saying is, we get off track with one outrage by being distracted by the newest one dished out by this Administration.Lets take Benghazi, for example. It’s coming up to almost a year since the Benghazi terrorist attack that left four Americans dead, and what conclusion has America gotten to about these attacks? Still left unanswered. Why? Every time the name “Benghazi” comes up, something completely random is put out by the MSM to drown it out, throw it on the back burner. We get thrown a “sensationalized” distraction like Trayvon Martin. That distracted everyone’s attention away, when in all reality, should never have been nationalized at all. But Obama makes some ridiculous “could’ve been my son” comment, and distraction succeeded. Then you get the IRS targeting, Immigration Reform, weapons supplied to Syria,etc.,etc.What happened to the “We need to get rid of guns” issue? Almost completely forgotten because of distraction. We have a major disaster heading our way with Obamacare and the possible passing of Immigration Reform allowing every illegal the chance of becoming citizens and given more precedence than true Americans. That lethal combination would lead us down the Road of no return, leaving the America we know and love a relic, a thing of the past. It would open the door to complete Democrat control, and pushing us further away from the Constitution that protected us with freedom to a country run by Socialism and Progressives. Is that how we want to live, nothing but a government controlled collective?What we need is to stick to every issue, past and present, from the largest issues that affect America like the continuous scandal and lawlessness pumped out by the Government Regime, to even the smallest overstepping by the Administration. We need to drown out the Progressives on even the smallest issues, like their crying about a rodeo clown because its “offensive”, and drill it and keep voicing our opinions and our own outcries. We need to keep all the “scandals” and unconstitutional acts performed by the Imperial on the table, and stop putting things to the back of the line by new distractions, and those new distractions need to be continuously brought to light and kept there, with our own outspokenness. If we want to continue down our Road, the Road of a Free America with no intrusion on our rights and freedoms, we need to keep on fighting, and then fight even harder. No one will take my America away, not my kids and their kids America, and not your America away. No one ! Stay strong loud and persistent, and hold on to what we’ve got !
