My fellow American,
I can't express what we are all feeling, these days, is a massive amount of frustration. With the national debt, Benghazi, the IRS targeting conservatives, and the NSA listening to all 317 million American citizens to catch 50 individuals. Then on the social level. Dealing with Common Core, unemployment, welfare and food stamp issues, gun control, pro-life and pro choice issues and healthcare. The sad part of all this is, Most of this is blamed on the Conservatives and the Republican party.
We elected a lot of people in 2010 and 2012, who said they would represent us, the conservative people of this country. Have they? Have you followed up with those put into office? Have you held them accountable? I can say, I've only seen a few. Granted the bias media will try to silence most of them. We have to stay on top of these issues. For too long, we have elected people to office that really don't represent us. I would like to see someone put in office. To where that political office is their highest paying job yet. Not, a bunch of folks, with millions to buy their way in. Let's face it most are elected by, buying their way in, having the most signs roadside, telling us one thing to our face and doing another behind our back, and by having that (R) or (D) by their name. "And I only vote for my party." People, both parties have change the way they believe. But, rest assured, both are after power. Why else would both sides spend 100's of millions of dollars, to win a job that pays only 400,000 a year. And the House and Senate get 174,000.
So, How do we solve the issues at hand? Well, It starts with educating ourselves, our families, and our communities. When issues arise, study them. Don't just spout talking points, from the news or your favorite radio show host. If you research yourself, you'll have a stronger footing to stand on, when confronted. Stay in touch with your local offices of your federal, state and local representatives. And let's all face it. Civics taught in schools, is all but dead. We have to show our children how our government should and does work. Go to your school board meetings, city hall meetings, other meetings. Blinders off people. We have to be involved with these things. As boring and mundane as they can be. We have to do this. Keeping our states that we live in conservative. We ensure a bright future. Because being conservative, shouldn't be taught as a bad thing to our kids.
Now, I know I'm preaching to the choir for a lot of you. But, At least you know you are not the only one feeling this way. And for the new folks joining every day, may this be a jumping point for you. On what you can do, to get started.
